WHO ARE WE?
ND Online gaming is run by Corleigh and Troy
Troy (aka "the fun one")
With over 15 years of experience as an Electronics Technician, Troy took a two-year break to focus on raising our son. As our toddler grew older, Troy was ready to re-enter the workforce, but he wanted a new direction. Given that we have many neurodivergent (ND) family members, and Troy’s natural ability to connect with ND individuals, he found his way into becoming a Support Worker and Therapy Assistant. He has spent considerable time working with a fantastic ND-affirming company and as an independent support worker, building invaluable skills along the way. Troy's calm and supportive nature helps the kids he works with feel safe, allowing them to unmask and be their authentic selves.
While Troy will continue some of his work, we wanted to take it further. With more than 30 years of experience in nerd culture, especially video games, ND Online Gaming was the next logical step! By combining our passion for helping the ND community with Troy's love of gaming, we’re creating a space where people can form friendships, grow their social circles, and develop valuable skills—all in a non-confrontational environment without the pressure of physical interactions or uncomfortable settings.
Corleigh (aka "the boss")
Corleigh brings over 20 years of experience in finance and operations, with the last five years working within the NDIS space. Corleigh has an Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management, is the parent of an AuDHD child and loves all things numbers and processes (which explains why Troy gets to be the fun one!). Currently, Corleigh works full-time as an Accounts Manager, sneaking in a little gaming before bed. At ND Online Gaming, she handles all the behind-the-scenes operations, making sure everything runs smoothly.
